Olivia is Creative Director and executive produces, produces or directs Pacific's shows. She has won many international awards and has more than 40 series to her credit on both sides of the Atlantic.
Before joining Pacific, Olivia ran her own production company ‘FoodFirst’ specialising in food and travel, developing programming with talent who have become international stars. These series sold extensively around the world and broadcasters include PBS in the US and Channel 1 in New Zealand. She also produced major live food events both on the ground and for television.
